I think i put this in the right place and done everything right.
Keep in mind im not a coder or anything ( i just test stuff and break it) so i do not know how this would work/how much work is put into it etc etc etc
Anyway, on to the main part of this
I think that if someone could put ether names/id's into a section onto the bazaars, and it can act as a sidejob? no job points but merely money distribution, for example..
a.b.c all are added to the list "A" owns the bazaar, and is able to put a % of the money for the "Workers" B and C, by "workers" i mean people that can add to your bazzar but can not remove items only (person A) can.
As i said the % of the item will go to how ever many people there are individualy, so i can set B's % to 25%, C's to 10, and i take the remaining 65%.
not sure if people will like this, or if (you meaning devs) you would need to make bazaar's 500 points instead of 250 (or what ever it is) to compencate for the people that would just "work" at bazaars and not buy them.
I was given a dead faction. I've recruited tons of noobs as expected half of them are staying half leaving.
I want to make my faction more appealing to higher ranked players so I'm paying people for their OCs (they split 50% of the earnings of whatever OC evenly ie 8k kidnapping gets you 2k because 4k= 50% /2 = 2k)
It doesn't seem appealing to alot of people.

But I do plan to pay OC teams. Faction keeps 50% to pay for drugs and alcohol etc, and then split the other half even between how ever many members (rounded to the nearest 500 (ie 1150 is 1000)
Faction Co leader must be active and wiling to work with new players and just be a overall good person that clicks with me!

Intersex, its the "better" term for (forgive my spelling) Harmapradite aka someone born with both genitailia, typicly theese people, look like every other baby once born other than their stuff down below, alot of their parents say " oh i always wanted a (boy/girl) and "make" them that rather than just leaving it (if medicly possible ie if they can pee, its fine, let them worry about what organs they want when they are later) or at least thats what ive heard in my experience.
alot of theese kids once 13+ need HRT but not for trans reasons (more often than not) just because they removed what ever theeir body normaly would have had and tbh its a big clusterf**k.

Well, like any movement or voting prosess, if we ... "Yell" loud enough, they would see and give change, not that im a actual donator/subscriber, or have the money ANYTIME soon to do so, but i think that if we got enough people behind this, it would be able to be done quickly and "at the top of the list"
I feel as we should take points ENTIRELY out of DPs and have "point packs" or some fancy name that devs want, This will let DPs be able to be exchanged between donator days and points be able to be exchanged with points which solves the issue with donator days and point exchange blocking that exploit.
it would also 1 add another thing that can change economy for better or worse 2 it would also be able to.. trade points maybe?
I feel like the 3 xan thing should be changed to 15-25 jp for one drug pack maybe? or maybe even 30-50 because its worth about 3-5m......and with a % of possibly going to jail...?like 12 hrs or something.
