Would be cool to watch those little pins go round and round a lot more. Except, I'm broke and need to fly. Could there be any version of game mechanics that could allow for both? E.g. hire a driver or something to that effect. Maybe watch the race on your laptop while flying? Maybe have to pay for your drivers hospital bills if they crash? Maybe hire an in-game person to drive for you with bets?
I think I struggled with the subjectivity of the definition of fast vs. slow.
Everyone will have their own definitions making it difficult to measure.
Maybe a different tool could be used for collecting data on a specific idea or change. Why not an event designed as a trial arena for this style of warring (if that's what is meant by fast vs. Slow).
Maybe poll people for the core values that they hold dear to them about this game?
Either way, the part that I enjoy about Torn are the many faceted long term strategies and ways to play, the community and friendships made while playing.
