Saw this question where the person wanted to buy a company but the director got permabanned before he could seal the deal. My suggestion is that maybe such companies can be put for auction and sold to the higher bidder just like in if real life you can't pay your dues the company shares are sold.

Don't really understand how the interest rate in cayman's work. Quoting the wiki here:

Offshore banking
Offshore banking allows you to store unlimited amounts of money (minimum deposit $100). At the end of each month, you will gain 0.5% interest (rounded half up) on the invested amount based on the lowest amount of cash stored during the month. Any money you wish to gain interest from must remain there the entire month undisturbed. The 7-star job special "Tax Haven" in an oil rig can add 10% to the monthly interest. An extra 25% of the base rate can be added by faction specials for a maximum rate of 0.675%

So, like the interest rate start at 0.5% and then increases by 0.5% every month?
