Looking for a faction with nice and and at least moderately active people where I can spend the next 6 months or so for an intense dex training arc.

3m+ respect with efficient perk tree assignment (iykyk)
toleration: maxed
steadfast: Dex XV
no wars*
no chains
fair OC splits
Bit of a selfish ad from yours truly here. Because of aforementioned training I can bring very little to the table besides 6.4b total stats if for some reason we suffer really unjust attacks, and with 95 NNB and daily activity I can participate in some of the higher level OC's.
*Alternatively I can war in between books as long as I am guaranteed uninterrupted months of peace with the dex steadfast perk.

Current perks: Bounty protection Flash grenade intensity. One of the best perks in the game for dex builds. Very cost effective and powerful during RW. +25% armor rating on full sets.

91+ dmg from just the weapon alone and it doesn't rely on random proc chance or the opponent's armor rating. Start a trade or hmu when interested. Looking for 700m but negotiable.
