If you don't know how the bounty slots work, it is a way of buying someones bounty slots. In this case its $250,000 per slot. So how this works?
I buy bounty slots from people and pay them to put bounty on the person you want to put bounty on. So this means I have unlimited slots available. Whatever is your reason, that is not my concern, your identity will be kept secret, as long as you want and that's is free.
For example, you want to put 10 bounty on XXXX with each bounty of $100,000 reward. You have to pay a total of $4.5mil. Why? Cause 100k(bounty fee)+$250k(each slot cost and my fee) + $50k(listing fee)+ 50k(anonymous fee)=$450,000 per bounty Total cost $450k X10 bounties= $4.5mil
There is a cheaper option, if you buy bulk (at least 50 slots) and not bothered if the target person finds out its you. Then you don't have to pay anonymous fee, so in the case of XXXX it will be total $4mil for every 10 bounties.

OK ! So some players are asking me, why I can not keep their anonymity if they do not pay anonymous fee?
Well, its mainly to protect my bounty slots sellers(the guys who sells their bounty slots to me). If you have noticed I said it have to be at least 50 bounties sell, so the guy who got all 50 bounties on him knows that my guys are putting bounties on him cause they are selling their bounty slots to someone(you). This decreases their chance to be interrogated and bothered. And if my slot sellers are bothered I will have to give out the Lister's name(you) as they did not paid anything to be anonymous thus making my bounty sellers more opened to be found. I hope that clears the confusion.
