After the feedback given before, I have decided to just stick this back on the AH. I genuinely did not intend to buy to flip, it was more of an impulsive purchase than anything else.

I am sticking it on now for 1 day. Thanks to those of you who highlighted how my expectations on value were unreasonable, this red was a first for me (melee-wise) so I absolutely did not grasp what realistic values these had!

I think that the DB (or another large destructive device) should target a territory, not a faction.

For example:
DB has 100% effectiveness on target territory, 70% on adjoined terts, 20% adjoined to those, etc etc

What this means is you could potentially hit a cluster of tightly packed factions, or you could devastate a sprawling faction.
