I tried that and there is no leader option. Hence, I do think it is a bug.

This may be user error and not a bug.....

I can't leave my faction without transferring leadership.
If I go to My Faction > Controls > Members, there appears to be no way for me to transfer leadership.
Hence, I'm stuck...

Any advice?
