I've been playing for 2 months after a friend recommended the game but I didn't realise that there was a referral reward scheme. Is it too late to get him the reward?

what a let down, clearly all the effort went into Crimes 2.0 and we got Chat 0.5 as the sucker punch to make up for it
Is there a way to change the links on the Quick Links tab of the City Map?
I know how to change the Nav Menu Area links. Its the Quick Links on the map i want to change.

You haven't explained all the moving parts and after points debacle I don't trust you.
Getting constant 403 and CloudFlare, even just scrolling on a page, never mind loading a new page. Sucky when trying to RW; even got one while writing this post!

As of now only about 20% of my messages to faction chat are actually getting there. Messages from others are disappearing and re-appearing. There are no time stamps. I don't know if anyone else is losing messages - my message asking that got lost...

Having same issue with my tablet and pc. Very annoying.
this could still be a 5% quality weapon though? if the other 99 were all 4%? it is not a guarantee or even an indicator? asking for a friend debating what to do about 3,300 pt high quality armalite.
