He goes on and on and on and on in a mobius strip of gibberish about how people aren't understanding him, and it's free money, and when people explain to him that not only does everybody already know this, but that the way he's doing it is actually super ineffective (he's selling to the pawn shop), he gets his lil fee-fees hurt and starts threatening them with DBs.

Another thing to note about Professional Torn Cheater Rocky91 [1303150] is that in a ranked war that lasted 3 days 13 hours, he spent a minimum of 9675 energy making 387 attacks.
So that's maxing out xan, timing it to max out natural e, timing that to wake up every hour or two to spend it, timing THAT to fly out to where we were farming his alts while not missing a xan or natural e regen, maxing out on point refils, maxing out on FHC, spending that sort of money on 8 accounts (two of which aren't even in his faction)...to win a bronze level ranked war.
We know he's the dumbest cheater in the game...but is he also the most pathetic?

Exactly. He either operated for 4 full days off of 1-2 hours of sleep a night, or there are a team of people running dozens of accounts solely to take money out of the Torn economy.
I don't know which one is worse/more sad.
I do know that a lot of innocent people in newer factions got hurt by this person/people's actions. Many of them, just in our faction, said they aren't interested in playing anymore after seeing what went down and how it was handled. I can't really say I blame them...
