I'm seriously following US politics with some interest. But I simply can't get my head round the idea that Biden is 'left wing' or even, laughing as I type this 'a communist' America is probably the most right wing democracy in the world. Unless Trump gets his way and it won't even be a democracy. You vote for two parties and your choice is 'very right wing' or 'very very right wing' You make the UK, one of the most right wing countries is Europe, look like a bastion of socialism. By 'communism' you don'r really mean the Soviet Union, you mean something like the democratically elected govt of Denmark which has an income tax rate of 55%, but ploughs it all back into services and help for the needy. That's not communism, by the way. That not socialism. It's society, It's civilisation. So please, stop talking about the Democrats as being left wing, All you can say in their favour is that they are not as insanely right wing as the GOP.

They picked 31 random names from the list of 10000 dead voters published by the Republicans. They were able to speak to 13 in person, and found evidence that 17 were alive. isn't weird how the posts from Biden supporters tend to be well written, correctly spelled and grammatically accurate, but the Trump supporters seem to understand syntax and vocabulary as if they had a mental age of about 12? That post has 8 grammatical and spelling errors in five lines. I'm a primary school teacher and I wouldn't accept that from a ten-year-old.
If there was one good thing about Trump, as far as the rest of the world goes, it's that he hid in a corner with his fingers in his ears ignoring the rest of the world. But this was only good because it meant the rest of the world were isolated from his moronic paranoia. He still managed to do great global damage by pulling out of the Paris agreement and the Iran nuclear deal etc. I'm no fan of Team America World Police but at least Biden is showing signs that he will take his international responsibility seriously.

Honestly, a serious, non-trolling question. No Biden supporter seems to be remotely concerned about Trump wasting millions taking this to court. But once it has been through the courts, and if there is no evidence found of fraud or vote rigging, will the Trump camp finally put up and shut up, or will they claim that the courts are biased? I'm genuinely curious as to how people think this will pan out.

Wait what. I'm new to US politics. I've been watching the US election quite closely. But it seems like that the party in power in a state gets to 'draw congressional boundaries'. That's gerrymandering right? But it's legal in the USA, or have I got that wrong?
I doubt it. Democrats and liberals tend not to resolve things by assassination. Name a conservative who has ever been assassinated. Assassination is a tool of the extreme right to destroy the left.
The BBC is not moderate? How ridiculous. They are pretty balanced, but have a slight right wing bias. I would agree that they 'had it in for Trump from the start' Of course they did. He is a psychopathic, racist, sexist, moron who has had has life handed to him on a plate. Every media, the world over, had it in for Trump from the start. Not because there was any conspiracy, but because he objectively a lying pyschopthic idiot. The rest of the world views Trump pretty much the same way they view Putin. Both were elected, both have a shady history. both are trying to subvert their nations to become dictators. I totally get that there is no point in arguing with Trump supporters. They are the Putin supporters of their country, fascism in microcosm. Putin is a sliver closer to getting the dictatorship he wants, but if, by some freak, Trump contests this election and wins, there will be one more dictatorship in the world and one less free country.
If you want to know how the rest of the free world regards Trump, CNN is quite moderate. It's about the same as the BBC, which justly, has a reputation for impartiality. CNN rightly called Trump a liar, and they were specific about which claims he made were lies. He said that the Georgia vote was overseen by democrats, a blatant lie. They pointed out that his claims about Pennsylvania denying access to observers were false, and had been thrown out by a federal judge. If he had a shred of statesmanlike behaviour about him, he would wait until the results were in and present his evidence, not stand in the White House behind a crest as POTUS making all manner of wild allegations. Evan Fox news agreed with that.
I've never really watched American political coverage before. I'm actually rather impressed. CNN pulls absolutely no punches, calling Trump a liar and a disgrace, which he obviously is. Pretty much what the media in the rest of the free world does. But even, flipping over onto Fox, their coverage seems quite balanced. They are obviously pro-republican, but they recognise that Trump is a loose cannon, damaging the party and the democratic institutions of the USA. Both channels have a high quality of analysis, debate and challenging interviews.
Even prominent Republicans are now distancing themselves from him. You can practically see them edging towards the door saying ' Yeah... sure, Donald.... whatever you say.'
