Fully compatible with TornPDA and Tampermonkey / Greasemonkey.
iOS has a habit of auto-zooming when you click inputs (username, password, chatboxes etc.) This happens when the font-size is below 16px and Apple claim it's a 'feature'. This script allows you to change the default size of 12-14px to whatever size you choose (16-18px fixes the .) and removes the annoying zoom from the chatboxes in TornPDA so you can finally use the chat boxes without issue.
A good handful of people complained about this specific issue and wanted a fix which motivated me to where this thread comes in as a solution. Hopefully it helps anyone who is annoyed by it!

Gotta feel bad for the people who were screwed by this. Like Zero said, hope they get some compensation given the malicious methods used for such minor gains. Torntuga pulls everything it can depending on the API type given and I may be wrong but given this information coming out, them keeping all that stuff for their own use is more likely as I see nothing anywhere that data is removed on your leave or removal from PT.
Worth tainting the entire name of PT? Probably not. Shocked this happened?... Well, after TAC, anything is possible I guess.
Sucky lesson on the importance of revoking API keys, though.
EDIT: It has been pointed out that regardless, while remembering to revoke access is important - fact of the matter is they're abusing people's data for their own benefit while providing ex-members the ability to remove their data that is (likely) stored for them to access. Have a nice day. o7
Like the idea. Energy has Smoogle and FHC, Happiness has E-DVD and Evil Duck (1k happy) but Nerve has 1x Sick Pack of Alcohol with no direct nerve provided by block. I think I Industries Ltd. counts partially as a nerve addition since it affects crimes but even then. 50 nerve makes sense to me if stack-able!

Great script! I've made some changes to it if you would be interested in updating (just adding 2 lines at best) which both benefit the readability aspect as well as an annoying 'feature' iOS has on input's with font-size less than 16px.
Apologies in advanced as I have made some changes around it and posted it to Git (with credits of course. if you want it removed, I'll do so.) but as said earlier, iOS will 'focus' (zoom) in on an input if the font-size is below 16px; - adding some things to the script to increase font-size on chat-box-textarea when adjusting size in Preferences allows for no annoying zoom when using chat on PDA.
Adding these below line 107 is all really. Something like just adding 'maximum-scale=1' would possibly resolve the issue that lead me here but it is a weirdly obscure thing to find annoying (couple of people have wanted a fix hence my motivations)
In regards to Ranked Warring - this makes it a lot harder rather than 'encouraging' to work as a team to use the distraction bonus as an advantage point for lower-ended players. Getting 5-10 players as is turns out to be quite the challenge at times but getting 15-20 just so lower people can make hits makes it near impossible for some factions.
I mean, I've been out of the game for some time, my stats have catching up to do and my ability to make hits is limited to an extent but expanded by the ability for teamwork to come into play to hit heavier foes despite the lacking stats.
My question mostly is (and I'm probably not reading things properly) is this only for NPC fighting or is it for ALL distraction based events? Regardless, pls give us smaller fish a chance. There's enough big sharks as it is. </3
1. General Comments For $89m, this has been the best investment I've made to my TORN experience. Whilst this may be just a browser game, I like to take it seriously. I love the statistics, the progress tracking and all sorts you can do. It's so much more than just a browser game to me and with that, I of course love making spreadsheets for tracking my personal progress and managing my stats in the most optimal way. I no longer have to continuously update it with this. It auto-updates for you, monitors so much more than I even was capable of and I simply adore every bit of work that was put into this.
2. The Features Honestly. $89m is a damn bargain for what you get with this. Destinations and Best Prices - two extremely valuable things when you want to ensure no wasting of energy, nerve, or you want to watch out for your cooldowns for drugs, education or banks. It has it all. I am genuinely impressed with the efforts put into this and the amount of logging it's capable of. I can now properly fly without wasting a single bit of nerve and energy, whilst there are extensions that do that - they don't tell me the best daily profits I can be making per flight to whatever country I desire. There's also a money tracker that'll average your daily income and flights per week which makes it even easier to optimise your profits that account for xanax usage, donator packs bought, rehab fees and more. If I keep writing about what more this offers, I'll be here for some years so honestly, if you just skimmed through the post, I suggest reading it fully. I cannot get over how damn useful this has been. 3. The Assistance I had some issues at the start due to my own incompetence, however, jtower was extremely helpful and patient whilst I sat stupidly at my screen dumbfounded. It looks a tad daunting at first with the instructions but it's a lot easier than it looks. I did eventually figure it out and jtwoer confirmed that all was fine. He sends along with it a large guide of how everything works, how to make changes if you wish and more. Honestly? The effort put in by them is admirable. It's more than just a spreadsheet, this is a whole game in itself. Everything is laid out beautifully for you to read. I found myself just admiring each part of it when I'm on flights to Switzerland or China purely because, well, who doesn't love a good spreadsheet?
4. The Conclusion Its been just under a week since I bought this. I've had 0 issues whatsoever and I know that if I do find an issue? I can happily go to jtower without fear that I'll be mocked for my likely incompetence. I've found myself able to optimize my flights and increase my crimes by 200% - from 6,000 to 7,500~ crimes real quick with the crime sheet, I've increased my weekly gains thanks to the average calculator. I've as a whole found myself working a damn lot harder since getting it. If you're questioning if you should or shouldn't, coming from a fairly new player with an extreme dedication to this game - it is more than worth it. The price is extremely great for what you get and customer support is 5/7.
THT is a blessing. That is all. Have a wonderful day!
You know - I love crabs. They found out it takes 640,000 crabs to power a logic gate, with those numbers, it'd be roughly 16 billion and 36 million crabs to run DOOM. Go Crabs!
I'm fairly new to trading and selling, mostly with the fears of being mugged afterwards or just simply an issue of trust, which, in a game of crime and the sort seems fair. However, AsheiX was the first person as of today I decided I'll test the waters of selling to! The prices are more than fair in my opinion, especially as you no longer have to deal with the Market Price Fee (which, yes, 3% isn't a great deal but overtime...)
They gave me a few tips on trading which was lovely of them and an incredibly unpredictable action of getting me a Large Suitcase so I can haul and sell more! Of course, I plan to pay that back in some way or another but as a first experience, this definitely has brought me to trust the game a little more.
Communication is a third point I should say some words on - most trading in games I've participated in are very direct and straight to the point with nothing more to it. Rather well, bland, and in some way depressing. Whilst AsheiX and I did talk business when the time came, it was nice to talk a little about other things while they waited for me to fly back. (My pilot is an alcoholic, took a while to fly.) It's a small thing but rather unappreciated personally! And if you really think prices are unfair, they say to be open to negotiations so I mean, what more could you ask for? :D
I recommend them to anyone with doubts or fears about trading and selling, truly!
A pretty solid idea. I mean, faction armory's are great and all but that'd be far more useful in the long-term if you've got a 'contract' with someone for the rental.(long-term type.) Of course, when the lease ends, the money from the vault being sent back to you via cashiers cheque which is what I believe James was saying? That'd counter any issue of possible new scam methods. Definitely with you on this, though!
