Of all the strong factions I have been in, every post war newsletter has been a well thought out reflection, talking about the good and the bad, congratulating those that put in effort and suggesting improvements for others. Not some “you need to earn your place here” bullshit.
“Old school” is a funny way to describe an illogical, disincentivising practice that kills factions. It is “old school” and phased out for a reason. Problematic practices such as these does not build unity within a HoF faction. Shaming his own members and saying they dont belong does not “toughen” them up.
i am not against reprimanding. Telling off someone who isnt pulling their weight is a good practice to warn players and give them chances to improve. However, if you notice, no part of JFK’s policy in this whole situation was reprimanding or constructive feedback.
