Wow I came on here to play a game but I didn't expect a thread about this topic. It comforting to know that I am not the only one thay experience sleep paralyzes. I like to call it OBE (out of body experiences) or astral traveling. I get more lucid dreams then former mention. I like doing both. I can write a novel about my experiences but I will hold off for now. I am just content on reading others experiences.
