Yes the log out button works but logging back in without WiFi is a problem

The setting page where the clear cache is located is my log in page.. It will not let me click back to torn but if I connect to WiFi everything works fine

? have tried that.. Nothing positive came from it.. Every time I log into the torn app from mobile data it wont load the home page I end up being stuck in the settings
