One of the travel text for Cayman Islands reads: "The Cayman Islands are an overseas territory of the United Kingdom, which means they can put the Queen on their stamps, but she'll probably never pop round for a beer. "

In light of the death of the monarch, needs updating to read "King" and "he" instead.

What does 'Dollar Sale system' mean? ·

Since the text says "1 in every N" people, I'd hazard a guess that it'll be a modulo of the torn number chosen randomly or something.

So for instance - everyone who's number divided by 250 and leaves a remainder of 42 . That would be the easiest solution.
