I was supposed to have a $4,000,000 dividend and even in the log it said i received it, but i did not receive it and have been waiting oh so patiently for it. is there anything i can do

Nope it's not there.
It just says you have a dividend ready to collect.
and i definitely don't have $4000000 in my account
