Well I think this depends on drug effect like a larger amount of energy for a slow regen time something to take before bed. It’s hard to say what’s for the best if we don’t know what drugs 2.0 would do.
Events that aren’t heavily favoured towards stats and resources. Maybe some skill based games or puzzle like Xmas town

OP mentions about his ADHD whai i think many have overlooked. My partner has HF austim and adhd so i have first hand experiance with this kind of behaviour and it's a real struggle. Help is hard to get and come by i just hope you have a good support network around you to guide you in the future
i would say the new design looks very dated something i'd expect to find in a old school RPG from the 90's
