Okay so irl my names River like on my profile, but I'm 18 and I'm doing a chef apprenticeship but I've come up with ideas for food but I want to know what you guys think, I haven't tested them out yet.
Fried Pasta- so pastas basically flour, eggs and water, so my idea was to make my own pasta and make little shapes and maybe fill them with cheese or something, and then fry them until they're cooked and put a garlic butter sauce over it.
Rice Dish - my idea was to cook the rice, and then toast it so it becomes crispy, and then cook chicken with honey, maybe some herbs, I don't know what herbs yet, and then put it with garlic, butter and avocado, and put a poached egg over it. But I don't know if it would be nicer with smoked salmon or not, but my irl bf doesn't like seafood so I'd only be making it for me if I use salmon.
Stuffed Filo Pastry - cheese and bacon pieces wrapped in several layers of filo pastry, with butter in between each layer. But maybe I'll do other meats in each layer as well.
Left Over food - So if I made the rice dish and stuffed filo pastry I'd have left over avocado and meat and cheese, so maybe just put all of them together in a wrap but mix mayo and smoked paprika together to make a sauce, and put it in a wrap together.

honestly ive been out as bi since i was 11 and out as non binary for over a year, and i came out in the middle of a college year, in a class full of very homophobic guys and ive heard a lot of awful things from them so anything any trolls say wont be as bad as what other people have said to me

i sold a lot and it happened really quickly, definitely going to tell my friends to trade with them. would do it again
