I just ignore the chat when people are being toxic, but when they go out of their way to sabotage you(wall/slow you, damage you with abilities, block your view) it becomes frustrating. I don't even think reporting them does anything.

Yeah, that's true. Riots should have harsher punishments for toxic players and players who sabotage the team. It's a complaint I made several times.

There's a ranking system on Valorant now. You really should check it out, it has improved a lot since it first released.
