- A bewilderingly large number of you have *serious* weaponry lying around. As a citizen of a country that doesn't really do gun ownership, this is wild. I'm pretty sure I saw an actual flame thrower in there

. as a side note: why the f**k do so many of you need machetes? "because I'm not allowed to have guns" is NOT a valid sane argument.

- A disappointingly large number of those with serious weaponry aren't very good at gun safety things, such as not putting your finger in the trigger guard, or not pointing it at stuff. Pardon me if I'm wrong (coming from a non gun type nation) but isn't the main idea: Treat all guns as if they are loaded.?

- my mum would like a word with all of you licking the blade of a knife...you're in trouble now, guys

- between the lot of you you have enough weed to keep a small country high for at least a fortnight

- a lot of you have friends willing to photograph *anything* you do LOL

Because the one about the development is very good and, dare I say it, touching. The long list of charities of various kinds at the end is just icing on the cake. Fantastic response guys!

I originally put this in 'General' as part of an appreciation thread for the Ukraine article, but apparently the idea does resonate. So what about allowing us to 'like' newspaper articles. I'm putting 'like' rather than 'upvote' as I don't think there should be a 'dislike'/ 'downvote' option. For that sort of thing we have the forums. This would be a way for people to show appreciation for an interesting or well-written article, without having to make a forum thread. A shorthand for 'more like this', as it were.

Ok there's a bunch of threads where this can come up but for the realsies, post your grades.

Start at 2
- 2 unsafe weapon stuff for real weapons.
- 2 for aiming a weapon at the camera
- 1 unsafe weapon stuff for fake weapons. Get into good habits.
-20 for obviously fake photoshops (it seems to be Asian women this year)
- 3 for boobs or dicks. low effort, f**k it. I didn't have to add dicks til one guy did an accentuated penis LOL
-1 nothing but you and your username
- 5 for creepily militaristic stuff
+1 per prop (up to 3)
+15 if you make me smile
+3 for a real pet
+1 tied to actual username

Well my in game husband died IRL (we knew he was ill, but not how ill) so it's a combination of keeping him alive in a weird way and not having ANY incentive to do otherwise. As long as I stay married, I get merits. So if that means me doing ' Weekend at Bernie's' and schlepping a corpse about then that's what's happening...

I mean, I can afford the rent on a PI by myself easily, so...(he was ill went we joined up, so even when he was playing I did the paying. That's fine, I knew that going in). He was my racing toyboy with his own little cabana on the island. And luckily he moves with me whenever I rent a new PI (thanks for that, mods/devs!)

I think that might not work as nicely with the newspaper. I can't quite articulate why though, because I do agree with it being an option on the forum. Maybe *because* it would be too much like the forums?

I was meant more as a compliment to the writers and a virtual hug to the dev team, rather than a serious suggestion. But now I might make it one!

Frankly I wish you'd stop spending time on this competition and sort out racing. 120 races in category D and not one win. It's completely ridiculous

Everybody with their finger in the trigger cover gets an automatic 1 from me. I'd go lower if I could. Even I know rule no1, and I'm in a country where getting a gun (legally) is not a given.

Also, a wayyyy too large proportion of people with guns holding them with fingers inside the trigger guard. I don't give a shit if you think they're not loaded, or they're fake or whatever. Automatic 1.
