Exclusive Torn Advice by The Witcher's Leader "LadySorceror"
This advice is for the new players who can't figure out what to do, it is my own experience as being the best leveller.
Understand the game - You should know what are your powers and what is precious to you, I am explaining the basic uses of everything.
Then shift to Introduction to Biochemistry and Intravenous Therapy classes, this would help you in accessing the Blood Bags which will give you the power to take out your blood which will cost 1 empty bag and 30% of your total life. but it will give you your blood type blood bag. Which will help you with 120 minutes of hospitalisation relaxation with only 30 minutes of medical cooldown time.
After that go to General education then complete GEN1112 Introduction to General Studies after that complete GEN2113 Driving License will unlock you the Arson crime which will be really helpful in increasing your Crime Experience much faster than other options.
But If you want to open a company by yourself desperately then focus on a business course, you can't start a company before level 10. I would suggest that don't do it this early until you don't have back support with huge funds.
Happy Jumps: Once you reach level 15, you would be able to travel for help in reducing addiction. Buy 4 Xanax, 5 Erotic DVD, 25 points and 1 Ecstasy in total it will cost you around 15Millions and you can earn this much money by travelling easily. So after that use all of your energy in the gym or by attacking. then pulp 1 Xanax and wait for the cooldown time, don't use that energy, do crimes or travel. after cooldown time expires, pulp another Xanax, do it likewise and pulp all of 4 Xanax just like this. Then take all 5 Erotic DVD together. pulp Ecstasy immediately to double the happiness and use all of that 1000 energy in one go by training with 200 or more value in gym stats.
Then go to City>Points Building and then use 25 points to refill the energy bar (I would suggest do it with a donator pack it would give 50 energy more but if you can't afford it don't worry).
Safeguard your Money from Mug: There are many ways to save your money,
One option is to put your money in City Bank, you will get Intrest for it. but one problem, you have to put that money for a week or more, you can't take it out before that,
Another option is to buy some items at lower prices and stock them and sell them whenever you need money, but there is also a problem with that, item prices keep on fluctuation it can be reduced or it is not necessary that it will be sold easily. there should be an interesting buyer who pays well for that.
Another option is to put money in a piggy bank but there is a huge disadvantage of this. you can just put the money inside you cannot take it out, when you want to take it out you have to break that piggy bank
The Best option is to put your money in the faction bank, you can deposit it anytime and can take it out with the help of your faction banker or leader.
Try your Best to Reach Level 15: Now the question will arrive in your mind, Why?
Because when you reach level 15, you can travel, which will make it easier to earn money by visiting any country buying plushies or flowers(because they are cheap to buy and sold at higher prices). As soon as you reach level 15, rent a PI that has an airstrip, and then hire a pilot, it will pay off all of the money you spent on renting PI, you will get free travel for any country and your time will be reduced and you would be able to get 10 more items. if you earn enough money go to Hawaii and buy a briefcase (i would suggest, large briefcase) so that you can carry more items and it will pay you back in just 10 to 15 travels.
Levelling up: The Best for level-up is to do crimes and attack people as many as you can, for doing crime spend 1 merit in increase the nerve bar just one time so that your nerve bar will become 16 and you can do 4 pairs of shoplift with a full bar, then spend all of your merits to education and then bank interest(But if you don't wanna use torn city bank spend those merits in Nerve Bar or Crime Experience).
Attack Players who are having high level but low stats, check your stats and then compare it to other players, that's why it's important to go to the gym and train yourself at least up to 250 each stats, then attack these targets and remember to leave them on street, Don't mug them or Hospitalize them
leaving them will give you 100% exp and mug them will give you half of it, so it's not worth it. because you can earn money in many ways but you can't get energy easily and hospitalize is used to get bounty so it is also useless for you in beginning.
Attack these players if you have more than total 1000 battle stats or chose the next target charts:

- Energy - It is the best and most precious thing of torn. you will do every important thing by this, as a beginner you have to visit the gym for being able to attack with full of your power which requires 5 Energy for 1 Train and for attacking someone you need 25 energy. So in Starting Visit Gym as much as you can and spend all of your energy on Gym until you reach 150 or 200 Trains for Each strength, Defence, Speed, Dexterity. To increase the Energy up to Max you need to eat Xanax or LSD which is harmful also it can send you to the hospital on overdose and it will give you addiction.
- Nerve - It is used to do crimes, Now about crimes, I have another perspective, you are a beginner you can't afford big crimes, you should only do small crimes, up to natural nerve bar 25, If you are a Newbie and just started, do Search for Cash in Train Station or Old Bridge, Wait until your Max Natural Nerve bar haven't reached 15 Nerves after that switch to Sell Copied Media sell Rock CDs. But, in my opinion, do Shoplifting only until you don't reach MAX Nerve 20, it will give you 2 advantage, it will give you crime experience as well as an item, which you can stock and then sell it. This will give you money If you want to earn good money then shoplift in a sweet shop chocolate theft but it will lose all of your Crime Exp if you want to earn only crimes experience then go for clothes shop and then jacket. After Nerve 20 Do Armed Robberies then Thorough Robbery(Equip a Gun). Go to Education Course Then General education then complete GEN1112 Introduction to General Studies after that complete GEN2113 Driving License, then buy a gas can from item market and Once you reach 25 Max Natural Nerve Do Arson in the Warehouse. To increase the Nerve up to Max you need to drink Alcohol(Natural Nerve mean Nerve bar without your faction or merits nerve gains).
- Happy - Many of you didn't figure out the use of it, basically, it is used for gym gains, the more you happy the more gym gains you will get means if you are less happy your 5 energy will only hit .5 stats but if you are happier your 5 energy can hit 10 stats. So focus on your Max happiness before going to the GYM, Now the best solution for it to rent a big property, Rent a mansion, ranch or palace as early as you can, only for 15 days or 30 days not more than that. if you don't have money then read my earn money section. To increase the happiness up to Max you need to eat candies and then double it by eating Ecstasy. Go to Happy Jump Section to Know Fast Gym Gains Trick.
- Life - Life is only used at the time of fighting when you attack and defend. whenever you plan to attack check your life first. Max life is increased by levelling up.
- Chain - It will be displayed to you only if you are a part of a faction, the advantage of that is you do mass attacks by which you earn huge respect and experience which gives a boost to your faction and your level.
- OC- it stands for Organised Crimes, These crimes are assigned by a faction in which two or more players do the crime together, it will improve your crime experience which helps in level up.
- Points - It is very useful as well as costly you can buy bazaar, driving licence, stock market access. you can purchase them from the points market 1 Point cost around $45k.
- Merits- The most important thing as a beginner. it provides boosts to everything. you can earn them when you get medals and honours. you have to spend them in the merits section. your First Target should be Education time reduction reach the maximum reduction then Bank interest than others.
- Do invest in City Bank
- Win 5 attacks
- Historian (go to the newspaper section go to the chronicle area and read the first chronicle for 5 to 6 minutes (you can scroll a little bit and can leave your PC on that chronicle for 5 minutes it will automatically give you merit.)
- Domino Effects(gained by defeating someone who had the same honour)

- Participate in 10 length chain(just do single or more attacks while your faction is on a chain hits)

- lease one of your property to someone( if you are loyal enough then Your faction leader can help you with that or you can buy any cheap property and then ask anyone for help, rent them for 1 day at $1)
- attain 100 total stats(reach the total stats of 100 in the gym like 25,25,25,25)
- Reach level 5
- net-worth of 100k,250k and 500k for 3 days.
- Ranks upgrade like beginner rookie inexperienced
- 100 items daily: By 100 items daily from Bits and Bobs, it is the best power you all have, you can only buy 100 items in a day, so choose the best. in my opinion, Beers are the best to buy and it's very exclusive it just comes in the sale for only 30 to 40 seconds you have to be quick. now the strategy for buying beers are, go to Bits n Bob's shop every 15minutes, like 15:00, 30:00, 45:00, 00:00 minutes beers will be restocked at this time and it will be there for 30 to 40 seconds then it will be sold. So be quick to buy 100 and sell it to Your Faction Trader or Leader(LadySorceror).
- Do a job in a company: Get hired by any company, you will get paid every 18:30hrs of Torn City. The more Work stats you will have the higher you get paid. To increase work stats, Visit my Education section:
- Do shoplifting Crimes: It will give you items, stock them all and then sell all of it to your faction Leader or Trader.
- Sell Bounty: Find Someone who is buying bounty, As you are a low-level player you can put a bounty on low-level players, the targets will be given by buyers and you just have to put $1 bounty on it and you will get paid $10k to $25k just for doing this, there is no loss of yours in it. Your buyer will gain the merit of hitting bounties.
- Do advertisement: Do advertisements for players, in Trade Chat players will hire you for advertising, they will give you content and you just have to paste it in Trade chat For 1 hour or 2, you will get 50k to 100k just for that.
- Selling losses: Selling losses is the quick earning way, You attack on buyer and loss that fight and you will get paid, The current price is $200k to $350k per attack and you can attack 4 times with your full energy.
- Buying items from Item Market: Go to City and then item market, buy cheap items from item markets stock them and sell them to your faction trader or leader. Compare the prices of your faction trader or leader with the item in the item market and if it's less than that quickly buy it and sell it, it gives less profit but sometimes you get lucky because many people sell items at cheap prices for the emergency need of money.
