It's not profitable, I know, so there's very few in town. Everyone runs oil rigs or mining corps.
Sell me a mechanic shop? Hire me?
I just want to exchange job points for racing points and cross my fingers for no parts lost during a wreck.

Yes, I know it's April fools and we won't hunt potatoes.
However, whoever wrote the article made it actually sound dope and I think it would be cool if we did change it to a potato hunt, maybe as a one off, or add a potato celebration day.
Smashing!
I was hesitant to put this in bugs, so I just wanted to ask.
The windproof lighter has flavor text that it is a butane lighter, but the picture shows a Zippo. The Zippo technically is wind resistant/windproof based on the shielding around the wick, but they use lighter fluid, not a refillable butane tank. If someone were to put butane in it, the flame would be huge and leak through the lighter body, possibly exploding.
So, our options are:
Thoughts? Should I have posted in bugs?
So, when you click on my faction, it shows every single member as co-leader even though I never selected a co-leader. [image: imgur.com]
Hey everybody!
Looks like you no longer have to accept education when it is complete. When I clicked my link it just took me to the education page to select a new one.
I run a raffle through my company where I give away a drug pack once every month or so between all active company players to increase comradery and get people talking.
I take everyone's name, stick it in a wheel/raffle generator, and hit go.
Would those be banned?
I'm still in favor of the ban as written.
Any Suikoden fans?
I absolutely love 1. I've got the remaster on basically every console, tried getting into 2 and it's cool but I'm worried about missing out on the good ultimate ending so I may restart. It's a lot more specific about recruiting than 1. Never got to the town/castle building stage in 3, loved 4 and beat it, 5 seems like a slog and I haven't pushed hard on it.
Thoughts?
Ever been to a Gambler 500? Been 6 times. Most fun I've ever had offroad.
I had an 00 Boxster S. Did the airbox mod and replaced the furthest mufflers with an x pipe that doubled as the exhaust tip. Sounded like a Formula 1 car and you could hear me from like a mile away.
Inactive for 4 of those years and didn't know there were guides until after I was almost level 15

I used 163 free energy refills to help a faction that doesn't exist anymore chain.
Thought I was helping :(
Please grave
Bump, need a worker asap
So really it's not that you can't, just that there are cheaper options. That was my thought too, I just didn't know how to articulate it effectively like you did. I also appreciate how you broke down the percentages and offered examples.
The amount of people who don't even buy the points e refills actually surprise me a lot. I max train (unless I find some juicy mugs) and e refill every day.
Thanks for replying!
So, no matter what, you always get a percentage whenever you increase your stats.
If you increase your stats by 5%, wouldn't it matter more when you're little vs big? Like, someone in the billions uses an SE or an egg, and they get however many stats. But that doesn't change their quality of life in the game. If someone with 100k stats increases them by 5%, that's the same percentage, but since they have almost nothing to begin with, it makes a bigger impact.
And yes with fighting it helps to have more stats but there's traders and gamblers and people in the billions NW living in trailers. So when, other than personal choice, do you stop gym training? There's probably only a few thousand players that actually legit game here, with the rest being casuals or inactive targets. There will always be someone to attack, and always thousands of people you can beat. Heck, there's even a few MVPs that are level 100 with no battle stats at all!
As far as wasting an SE, I would only consider it a waste to use if you weren't outside the range of cheaper options, like spending job points for B.S. etc. So what is the lowest BS range one could be at where it becomes economical to consider SEs?
Yeah I always thought it was 1-3% to working stats which may as well be zero. 20% helps a lot, especially with my team pretty new.
I don't read every release so feel free to drag me if this was already talked about.
I don't know if anything else was updated, but the education course entitled
Human Resource Management
used to say
"Gain a passive bonus to employee working stats in your company"
and now it says
"Gain a 20% passive bonus to employee working stats in your company."
I've read on the forums and reddit etc that people assumed it was a 1%-3% bonus, which to me was a waste of time, but 20% is extremely substantial. Was the game updated to increase the amount of work stats buffed, or was the previously unknown number just finally revealed and it was always an awesome course to have completed?
Are the descriptions for any other education courses changed that you can see?
I can see the merit, and even sent this to my faction to peruse. I disagree with ignoring dexterity until level 15, I've actually encountered so many people who ignore dexterity altogether and I disagree with them too! If you can't get hit, you can't get hurt. Mechanics are debatable but my preference is to dodge and hit vs pray my glass cannon reaches you. I train dex first, then speed, then defense, with strength last in importance.
You should split this up, I see people ignoring it just from constant scrolling.
Position pending
Bump, looking for someone meeting manager stat requirements or very close to it if not over. Will negotiate extremely high salary, need is temporary so I can afford to waste money to get a stopgap. Need an employee asap
10/10 works flawlessly
The stupid ass blue pips were fucking awful. Super happy to change it back.
Hell yeah man, GJ. Looking forward to philanthropy in game myself one day
Can pay salary, rotational trains, trying to get a solid group together to raise our levels. Moving up in rankings quickly!

I need a relatively high stat (for a mechanic shop at least) person to be manager for a short time while my actual manager finishes up a city job.
Please message me/chat me with salary requests, I can't promise oil rig stuff but I promise to be the highest paying mechanic shop in Torn
This reminds me of when they changed the awards page (some of the changes are okay) and got rid of the tracking for the awards you were closest to earning.
Unannounced rebrand rarely goes over well. The change is jarring and I don't like it. Change it back to green.
