I don't know if he is a scammer or not (in my opinion I think he is not) but I suggest you trade small and not big with him, just to be safe. Overall his prices are not bad and sometimes put up a good price. The only problem is that he is sometimes offline and when you are trading with him, he sometimes goes offline for no reason and you will have to wait for minutes and sometimes for an hour for him to accept the trade and to get your money.
