Price is negotiable, looking for around 450m. Used to rotate 9 & 10* weekly, has been basically the highest grossing 9* store for the last 2 months and I no longer possess the time or patience to push for 10*. Pretty simple company to run, I just no longer have the time or desire. Will provide basic tutorial to any serious buyer if needed.
