I mean... How could extortion possibly work? If I were to pay him the extortion, all that does is give him more resources to buy more bounty slots, and demand more money. What a pathetic little man. Sure it's a game. And yes, you can play the game by making it suck for others. All within the rules. But what sort of loser chooses that kind of path? It's like being Trump... Mentally damaged, unable to see anything beyond himself. The sadistic joy of the bully killing kittens in back alleys. The constant bounties on me are a minor annoyance; but how he suckers others in to his game is beyond disgusting.
I suggest that bounties not be settable from the hospital. It's a rather nasty extortion tactic... Just stay in the hospital, and grief other players by setting bounties indefinitely.
