I've been having the same issue as well. On a Samsung S25 edge if knowing the hardware helps.

And I've noticed in the logs it says I have failed to log in but yet I can still navigate the app. I've reset my pw and changed it twice still same error.
I am not having any issues on my laptop so I can access the website normally.
