Value per Bounty: (Bounty Value + Base Fee) + (MyFee)
Base Fee = (Bounty Value / 2)
Example: Bounty Value of 100k has a base fee of 50k.
Example 1: I want 1x bounty on PlayerX of 50.000$ with Reason: Bad Guy (final cost: 275.000$) > 200k+50k+25k
Example 2: I want 1x bounty on PlayerY of 200.000$ with Reason: Bad Guy (final cost: 450.000$) > 150k+200k+100k
Example 3: I want 1x bounty on PlayerZ of 500.000$ with Reason: Bad Guy (final cost: 880.000$) > 130k+500k+250k
