The Impulse Family has gotten just a little more Impulsive.
We here at Impulse 13! are looking again to fill our ranks!
We are a quickly growing faction and are ramping up the excitement for our 2023 plans! We are a part of the Impulse Family, which includes Impulse and Also Impulse. We all believe in having fun and enjoying the game while providing a helpful and welcoming environment, encouraging engagement amongst our players, and continuing to stay competitive in the ever dangerous city of Torn!
Joining on will instantly grant you access to our family discord and forums, our fun and engaging chats, and the ability to tap into our vast knowledge and network! Further, we host frequent "community" events amongst our members to spice things up. Racers? Muggers? That's your time to shine!
But wait? There's more! Here's our growing list of upgrades:
• Faction: + 10 maximum nerve
• Faction: + 6% passive crime XP
• Faction: + 50% happy gain from candy
• Faction: + 14 hours maximum booster cooldown
• Faction: + 50% nerve gain from alcohol
• Faction: + 30% drug addiction mitigation and side effects reduction
• Faction: + 30% drug overdose risk reduction
• Faction: + 50% drug addiction gain reduction
• Faction: + 10 travel item capacity
• Faction: + 10% strength gym gains
• Faction: + 14% speed gym gains
• Faction: + 10% defense gym gains
• Faction: + 13% dexterity gym gains
Our gym gains are on a rotation, for example right now emphasis is on dex and spd. Swapped every few weeks.
But wait! There's more? We are a chill faction that wants to allow our players to be active and play the game how they want, however, for our occasional required chains and Ranked Wars, we offer payouts per hit, payouts for scheduled chain sitters, AS WELL as rewards and payouts for Top Hitters. All efforts appreciated and returned in our all-for-one, one-for-all inspired culture. We are expanding and growing with an organized and team-oriented leadership structure. We recently finished a RW(payouts provided) last week, with another planned for early March. Between now and then, one chain is scheduled for Valentine's Day, (Love Juice provided!)
We do have an easy-to-hit weekly energy requirement for training weeks. We give the weekly reports, we do the spreadsheets, we have all the bells and buzzers. Truly a group with eyes forward, positioned for the future.
Questions? Feel to message me and/or any available leadership at any time. Or if you've read and believe you agree to the asks, we formally invite you to join the team. Apply with your stats and the word "Impulse."

Now I'm sure we've all seen or heard of the headlines concerning the upcoming (actually, maybe not so) American western show "Rust" and the tragedy that resulted in the loss of a precious life, Halyna Hutchins.
NOW with that being said I'm not sure you've seen this:
Now I'm not an angel. Nor am I an actor. But in my humble opinion, this f**ker is acting like a psycho in a spotlight. When he cries it doesn't seem, to me, to be genuine. Even for a guy being under pressure, I can't see it. Even more so, something feels off. Gun safety is generally #1 with gun advocates and this guy didn't know whether he had live rounds in the WEAPON he, a grown man, was armed with.
I like Dr. Seuss as much as the next guy. I even have a hanker'in for westerns sometimes. Still I say lock him up. What say you? Guilty or not guilty? Thoughts and insight welcome
Give a watch, read an article, and leave a comment!
