Hi, I've been here for 79 days and doing attacks almost everyday. Til today I've won 117 attacks(attack and leave), but I'm still level 1! I did not receive any prompt to level up. I also checked all my events to see if I've missed the prompt, but didn't find any. From May til August i did some attacks but most of the energy i spent in the gym. From August til now most of the energy I spent attacking level 4 to 6. I contacted a staff member and was advised to post here. I've attached 2 screenshots of my profile and summary for your reference. Please assist. Screenshots: My profile Profile summary
Is there something wrong with the chat system? I can't seem to send chat message to anyone, even the trade, faction and job chat have disappeared from the bottom(I'm on mobile app). The chat button on people's profile also not functioning.
Ok, I went here and saw a prompt on the top asking me to level up! So, actually you don't see it in the profile but at the home page? Because previously people asking me to go to profile to check for the prompt, I didn't know they meant home page! Ok, i get it now. I'm so sorry if i wasted your time. Thank you so much for your assistance.
