    Meet 4 of the most distinguished jailbreaker of Torn City Jail.
    This known personalities are famed for their jailbreaking escapades, that even the complex keyless exit of torns city jail proved to be an easy puzzle for them. There's not a small gap for them to employ their breaking tricks, making them  jail personel worst nightmare. 
    1.Dr. Wick End. Surgeon. Notable crime, medical malpractice. Theres a rumor going around torn suburb that Duke the loan shark himself seek  the service of Dr. End about some sort of surgery involving a facial change. Which was violently opposed by the doctor on the reason of why the great Duke, of all the people wants the face of that hobo George. Duke without a word, leaves his place and is known to have never spoken any words about the event. 
    2.Dick Ace Jr. Bastard son of Dick Ace Sr. The father is responsible, why the casino reviewed and then later revamped all their games odd chances. Ace Sr. was so good in his trade that 90% of his exploits ends up being the casino almost empty. He mysteriously disappeared and no one knows his whereabouts. 20 years later the son, Ace Jr., made the Torns Casino chief executive officer almost burned the building to the ground. His prolific gambling exploits made the casino almost gone bankrupt. This gambling exploits was made possible with the help of equally prolific Dr. Wick End, by changing some of his facial features from time to time. Casino declares Ace Jr., their worst enemy, using all their connection, they accused  him of everything unrelated to gambling and successfully put him in jail. 
    3.Prof.  Freek Isaiah. Notable crime, author of the biggest mob assemble in Torns history. His speeches is so powerful and almost hypnotic that you wouldnt noticed youre reaching the crotch area of anybody sitting next to you. He graduated top of his class in Westside University and regarded as the best product of the said institution. 
    4.Omoko. Torns prolific  killer. Rumors has it that, the only person to ever hanged Tiny Tears upside down. He attacks anybody who stares at him. Number of his kill is unknown. Just every time his out of prison, expect some murders in the neighborhood. The man barely speak. 
Note: they are the four "find me npc" everytime they gets out of prison, the torn community search for them and arrest them. 
    ●All npc has an arrest option only. 
    ●Once out of jail they can be found hiding anywhere in the map, dump, casino, raceway, item market, bazaar, display case, etc. 
    ●Of all the 4, only Dick Ace Jr. has no battle stat that even fresh starter player can arrest him easily.
    ●Upon arrest npc drops a merchandise or perks. Dick Ace Jr. ( casino pass, or cash,) Omoko (high quality or rw weapons) Dr. Freek Isaiah ( a boost on intelligence, manual or labor) Dr. Wick End ( medical items) 
    ●Of all the 4, only omoko has the tendency to attack the player who found him. 
    ●Only omoko has the battle stat almost equal to the lootable npc. 
    ●Once a "find me npc" is out, Torns city jail closes its door. Everyone in jail cant be bailed or busted. 
    ●While Dick Ace is out. Casino closes its door. Everyone is locked inside. 
    ●While Dr. Freek Isaiah is out, west side university closes its door. Education time freezes. 
    ●While Dr. Wick End is out, hospital closes its door everyone inside cant be revived or med out. 
    ●While omoko is out all crime including OC freezes due to police visibility swarming every area. 
    ●Omokos scape has a chance to spawn on dukes mission. 
    ●Theres a slim chance all 4 npc escapes at the same time. 
    ●Once arrested "find me" npc cant escape for a set durations of time. 
    ●Once escape theres a grace period of 1 to 3 hours before being discovered. 
    ●Theres a merit on finding an npc. 
    ●Theres a merit on how many times an npc arrested.

I dont know if its been suggested before but id like to try it out. 1)Daily bounty slot that never expires,that can be purchased at point building. 2) an added carrying capacity for flyers with limited duration like maybe in hours or days thats also available for purchased on point building. 3)Battle stat cloaking, that is hiding your total battle stat and one battle stat of your choice also has a set duration of time Purchasing it at point building serves an immunity to battle stat spy attack.

Points market doesnt give a cut yet, so maybe flyers would try collecting sets and crashes the points further.

There should be a place dedicated for bazaar only. This place is different from item market where we post our items to sell. This is a place or page where, all open bazzar is accessible to public. Buyers will scout open bazzaar, they still need to click open to visit your bazzaar and see what youre selling. Unlike the item market where items are listed directly.
