I'm pretty hyped about the upcoming Spice and Wolf anime project. I initially started watching anime back in the day because I had seen stories that at the time I considered very complex, hadn't ever seen something like that before (said stories were Clannad and Narcissu, the visual novel)
A few years into the weeb world, I had already watched a lot of isekais, shounens, some seinens as well, and I was craving for something that felt like those first series/stories I had enjoyed so much. So I decided to give Spice and Wolf a spin. Great stuff. Nowadays I'm reading through the fifth volume of the LN series.
Also looking forward to the worldwide release (or a decent RIP) of The Quintessential Quintuplets movie, arguably one of the best romcoms of the last decade.
Just checked My Anime List for seasonals... Both Made in Abyss and Classroom of the Elite are getting new seasons and are coming during Summer, looking forward to that as well.
If you're into new stuff, this season has Mieruko-chan (Horror, Comedy) and Mushoku Tensei (Isekai with really good worldbuilding), they're both pretty good imo...
As for personal favorites I always recommend:

Steins;Gate (Sci-Fi (Time-Travel), Slice of Life, Horror, Drama, Comedy)
Wandering Witch: The Journey of Elaina (Fantasy, Drama, Comedy, Horror, Adventure)
The Quintessential Quintuplets (Harem, Comedy, Romance)

A few months ago I bought a Laptop, they were like 1 mil back then, but since I was just beginning my flying career, I decided it was worth the money since it would allow me to access a few of Torn's systems while on the plane. Later on, I was pretty dissapointed with my purchase, and based on how the price for a Laptop is like 500k nowadays, it seems people don't really appreciate them either... I mean, the fact that you can access the newspaper is pretty cool, same deal with reading messages and stuff like that, but they're a bit lacking...
Either way, it would be really nice if it had more functions. One of them I just thought up is for it to have a built-in access to some casino games. Namely, Poker. It could work like some sort of "online" poker as we know it IRL.
It would give us something to do other than reading the tips that appear in the top-left part of the screen, would give extra value to Laptops, and I reckon it would also help Poker as a game, since there would be more active players lured in by the prospect of having something to do instead of watching that little plane animation (Yes, I know I should be doing RL stuff while flying, but I sometimes feel like... not doing so)
Ofc it would also be nice if we could use the stocks as well, it's really nice to watch them I guess, but it would be even nicer to be able to buy/sell them, maybe restricting the stock money to only that kind of transactions to prevent players from using stocks as a ghost-trade solution? Idk
Sorry for your loss. I really enjoyed bantering with her in NNGO Blood Money whenever I happened to spot her. I still remember that one war where it seemed that she didn't sleep at all in order to keep making SED boxes.
