My first elim, it was fun and kinda a preception from my experience. Cant wait to do it again.
My suggestion is remove potluck. Keep it random though, have signup period, then on a certain date use true level or whatever to divy the teams, if staff is looking for balance teams. Give a window of time before launch once this is done so teams can strategize.
Get rid of tickets and make it respect based.
What you saw was big dogs knocking around little guys, not much in a fair fight. Everyone was doing it even me. However if you make this into a massive RW set up without a ending point, the strate becomes deeper. Does a 100 want to smack around a lvl 15 for .05 respect? This gives lower guys more to do as well at attacking and farming at their level. Makes wanting to hosp onliners to keep them out of the fight. Makes it better that the last 30 seconds to line up a target and hit st the :59 mark. With respect being used that gives more reasoning to chase targets overseas, retaliate and even assist in hits. And if you wanted to, you can introduce a elim only chain as well to add bonus hits...maybe making it 4x the needed hits for a bonus and maybe 1 min between hits to make it harder to sustain.
Keep the lives, make it so teams cant go under 0 respect and take a life every 30 minutes too.

It is with a heavy heart that we have also been struck by a vault thief. Something we took pride in that we were so careful with our picks and procedures however we broke the golden rule of trusting a degenerate gambler.
WardyWard was given the keys to the vault on 9/14/26 to fill banking and command holes. Wardy was a member of great standing during his almost 2 years with us. Dependable, accomplished tasks you needed, helped when he could. A+ member. But everyone knew his love for poker. And we unfortinately undervalued his dedication to his love for poker.
On 9/17/26 he struck. Looking at the logs looked like he was gambling with house money. 200m here, then return it, worked his way up to 500mil stint then 1 bil stints, up and down. Then cleaned the bank out.

I have taken control of Legions' bazaar where there is money to be made, however at a drastic price. There will be items associated with the sending of parcels. You will get a chance to win these for a chance at riches, or instant death.
Bazaar will open at 0300 to 0308 with assorted plushies and flowers, three lead pipes and three hammers. These three hammers when purchased will have three parcels sent to the buyers. Two of these will be explosives, One will have a business class ticket
0310-0318 with medical supplies. Three more lead pipes and three crow bars, this time with a chance at book of carols, and of course a chance at your demise.
0320-0330 will be a candy round with four lead pipes and...yes...three fine chisel, buying these chisels will get you one of three parcels with a chance at a Feathery Hotel Coupon.

I think simple solution is only territory owners that touch the contested territory can assist in the defense. Allow allied members to main the defense wall, put in ED if someone hits any of the people invoved in that particular fight. S7 would be a mess, but if you keep it for 2k vs 2k, maybe tereitoey starts noving around, faction 1 through 7 consolidate their sister alliancea to easier protect their own interest.
Mega alliances as of right now is the meta and even with these changes I dont think it will solve much

One of our policies is leadership votes, if approved they go through a week waiting period so members can move their money before the new banker has perms, to lessen the theft chance and amount and extra trust is gained.But even with this policy im not going to allow the membership to be crushed under some "faction rule" I lm doing well because od those around me, 16 bil hurts the income making but its veey manageable at the moment.

As law enforcement who doesnt like plea deals, The system still works well. Just alittle abused.
If they are getting immunity of the crime they committed, then thats wrong they still need to be punished for their crime.
The plea deal is to get others off the streets still preying on victims, and to avoid lengthy trials and investigations that the tax payer will still pay for due to the criminals most likely not having the money to pay.
There is nothing wrong for rewarding information for lesser sentencing. Its immunity and abusing it thats the problem.
You reduce your sentance on multiple crimes eventually the judge and prosecutions just go "nah no deal, you rot thisbtime"
I did alot of weaapon buys back in the day with tim with no issues at all. But you are fighting an up hill battle vs the armor cartel setting the prices. They wont budge dont buy.
Know your minimum, fight them in the auction house, risk bidding them up. They beat you, they now have more product at a risk of loss, or you get it at a fair or better price.
Been working on this for like 5 months now, making little changes before bringing to suggestions. Not complete but has great ideas, and probably bad ones, im sure complex coding issues too, needs picture examples yet. Maybe ill get some inspiration from comments here
