In the past two weeks, I have seen days that are an inexplicable 50% reduction in customers and sales for my company. Employees are active, effective score all above 120, stock available, and advertising and prices unchanged. The first occurrence was on 8/28 and the second today. Has anyone else seen similar?

That’s helpful, but customers have dropped more significantly than daily/weekly sales. Which I thought was an odd result. I guess it is a matter of balance. I monitor daily for inactivity and advertising, to the best of my knowledge is rather high. Is there a, for lack of a better term, base addiction that should not be exceeded? I watch employee effectiveness to make sure no one drops below 118
Is it possible for a company to rank up and lower another company down a rank, based solely on higher experience. I have been trying to understand how my company ranked down and was replaced by a company with significantly lower weekly income
