Sorry if this has been asked before, this one has me a bit confused just because of the wording. Gain a 100% increase in damage dealt when using fists alone, so my confusion stems from the alone part, does it mean something like you have to be naked when using them fists or am i just overcomplicating things and it just means 100% increase when using fists in general?

I guess i spoke too soon because of the race event not doubling up but then the npc loot one doubled up, no idea why one was fine and one was not.
Anyone else getting double notifications from events?
