Hi sorry to bother you I spotted a possible typing error which could be misleading it is in the description for the Bachelor of Law degree in Education it says buying is 50% cheaper but on the Wiki it says that it is bail that is 50% cheaper. If the wiki is correct i think this might need to be changed or people might be tempted to take Law thinking they will get things half price at the end. So some clarification might be needed. Thanks for your time. Odin
I have taken the courses in history to unlock the artifacts but how do i find them? The wiki says in the city? Should i increase my awareness to find them then? Does anyone have any experience of finding them?
New players find it difficult to afford a fully customised property so I can provide them by leasing them the property at a monthly fee they can afford. We can negotiate a contract which can be from 6 months up to 2 years and once the price of the property has been reached the player will then own the property outright, if the player has money available they can buy the contract out early, but if they stop paying for over a month after the lease has ended the contract will be void and the property can be mortgaged to someone else.
These are my prices for fully outfitted properties (currently only going up to Mansions)
Beachhouse- Monthly fee for 6mth contract =217k,Monthly fee for a year=109k
Chalet- Monthly fee for 6mth contract =284k,Monthly fee for a year=142k
Villa- Total- Monthly fee for 6mth contract =350k,Monthly fee for a year=175k
Penthouse- Monthly fee for 6mth contract =667k,Monthly fee for a year=334k
Mansion- Monthly fee for 6mth contract =917k,Monthly fee for a year=459k
Monthly fees and contract length are negotiable but the above prices are based on current market value of fully outfitted properties and so any negotiations would be based on these figures. Mortgages will be subject to availability.
Doe anyone know if the Lingerie store special that waives upkeep, if it just cancels out the debt you have built up or if it remains and returns when you leave the company?
