About the items, you can get a list of all the items in the game and that's how you can then build a map from their IDs -> item for later use. Here's the URL: https://api.torn.com/torn/?selections=items&key={apiKey}. Good thing is the list of items doesn't change except for their field "market_value" that fluctuates but if you don't care about that just fetch it once and keep it forever.
On the market you would then use those IDs in the URL like: https://api.torn.com/market/{itemID}?selections=itemmarket&key={apiKey}. For bazaars you simply change "itemmarket" to "bazaar" or you can even use both on the same request!
The limitation for these calls is that you can only request the price of items 1 by 1 and as such you would need to be smart on how you do those otherwise the limit of 100 calls a minute will be your enemy :P
