As an actual female player, one thing that I think would attract more women to play and continue playing is having more options to change your character's appearance. For instance, when I first started playing,  there were a couple events where you could earn tokens to change things like your hairstyle. That changed literally right after I started playing. When I made my character, I did it super fast, and my chick is bald....which really annoys the hell out of me.  While I love other aspects of the game, RWs, missions, crimes, etc, it really sucks that I can't change her appearance other than clothing options, which I have a lot of.  I'm not saying all girls would love having options to change their avatars appearance,  but I bet a lot would.  Just my opinion, but you can literally find hundreds of decoration-based and make-over type games on Playstore, that make millions because women love to play them.
