Adding 50 to your total effectiveness isn't worth 10m in salary a day. Thats worth probably 3-4m additional at most

You want 6bn profit for a 2 week old company xD?
I wanted to create a table by receiving feedback and information from members of Torn that displays the salary range paid to employees for the purposes of helping others identify where to look when searching for employment, as well as prospective directors being able to gauge potential expenses when running a company. I know that typically, companies fall into either, salary based or job perks based companies. I.e companies that don't earn much revenue or profit usually offer good perks to make up for it and companies that make good money offer good salaries and mediocre job perks.
I've added a google docs link (not sure how to add a table to the actual thread) and it is in alphabetical order and listed as 1*,3*,5*,7*,10* as this is when new perks set in and determine how sought after the company is. I don't think the difference between a 1 and 2 star company salary would be that big a difference, therefore do not feel the need to include so much data.
Any ideas of how to improve the spreadsheet let me know. It's very basic at the minute.

Great guys here
Is there an issue with people quitting without warning?
What do you think? Is it acceptable or should employees be considerate and at least give you a bit of a warning they're gunna leave?
I've had 3 people just this week leave without saying anything. Completely out of nowhere when normally there isn't much turnover
I'd like to see what people think

Any companies for sale that makes $100m weekly profit? Not including trains sold
It must just be an idea people think is appropriate.
I suddenly thought of it when I realised that joining a ladies strip club wouldnt be a good idea as our steadfast perks rotate monthly. I.e strength/defense 1 month then speed/dex the next. Which is fine generally speaking but if my goal was to whore defense gains it will peak and trough. So I thought about not only myself but other peoples personally game plan too.
You could say just join a different faction but maybe with this feature in place it would reduce the amount of factions having to find new members who leave for this reason and also not have to go through the rigmarole of finding a new faction and so on
Currently a faction can set which perks they want dependant on how much respect they have and the selected perks are given to all members of the faction.
My idea is like marmite, people will probably either love it or hate it.
I'm suggesting an idea whereby each individually member has the ability to select which perks they want from the faction (within respect limits). Similar to how your position will dictate which accesses you have - A faction leader can toggle this capability to on or off.
For example: Member 1 is looking to train their defense and so therefore might want steadfast as high as possible to gain defense whereas member 2 wants to focus on crime progression so would prefer criminality perks over steadfast.
And perhaps for this feature to be implemented a faction must trade an X amount of respect.
Thoughts?
Bump already
As per title - I have 350m to spend on tourine cans (or xmass)
Send me a quote for what you got
Good answer. Everyones gonna have their own opinions which is what makes interesting for me to ask
Im glad you brought that to the public. Funny
I might add a general consesus into this at the top if I get a lot of feedback for people to see in 1 place if they wanted to
Just wanted an idea of what the community in general considered a respectable total of battle stats to be, in the sense that when you see someone of a certain level and know their stats would you think, "wow they're a beast" or something like that. I was going for a set milestone of every 25 levels - i.e level 25, 50, 75 and 100.
Of course you can all discuss it differently by every 500 days or something because level holding is a thing.
Personally I would consider 1000 days with 1bn stats (relatively balanced) to be pretty good but then again, I have no idea if that is good or not which is the whole point of my thread
I am wanting a faction with good steadfast and toleration perks.
What you get from me is a very active player. Heavy into OCs and can contribute in monthly wars. (Not looking for weekly wars. I want to put most of my energy into gym)
About 1.3bn stats and 70 NNB
I need to emphasise that I am focusing on training predominantly so I will only be willing to join a faction with steadfast and toleration perks that does MONTHLY wars only - not weekly wars. I would possibly be willing to do 2 wars a month but I am a heavy hitter.
Not picked a faction yet
In a couple days Ill be looking for a faction.

England were doing well until they scored - decided to sit back and let Argentina keep the ball and get shots off. Stupid stupid decision.
Why do managers get their teams to sit back as soon as they take the lead. Be more aggressive!
