"City Finds" Honor
This is for finding items randomly on the City Map. These items just pop up on the map occasionally while you're browsing around. You don’t have to do anything special—just check the map frequently, and if you're lucky, you’ll see items like xanax, plushies, or other random loot appear. Click to pick them up. That counts toward this honor.
How to spot them:

They literally show up as item icons (like pills, packages, etc.) on the city map.

No action required beyond clicking them when they appear.
🗑️ "Dump Diving" Honor
This one's separate—it’s tied to finding items in the Dump, which is a different section entirely.
How to access the Dump:

Go to City → Dump.

Items appear there on a timer or randomly, and you can click to grab them.

There’s often competition from other players.
So basically:

City Finds = wandering the map + item icons randomly appear.

Dump Honor = grabbing items from the Dump page.
