You can't actually do this because the banner is a fixed size unfortunately.
If you did try to forcefully scale it up, the devs need to rework the entire layout otherwise it's going to look like this:
Secondly, if it was scaled up then old banners would look even more pixelated. (We don't have a higher res one for our one because it was designed around this size. I'm also not a good graphics designer so please excuse my bad banner)

Yes I believe with the amendments the suggestion sounds way better and more reasonable. Unfortunately torn doesn't allow you to remove a downvote after a certain period of time but I'll just say here that I support this suggestion now.
Sorry, didn't intend to sound harsh at first. I mostly agreed with the other points and found them acceptable and balanced (which is why they weren't stated in my first post).
In reply to your points:
For edu reduction, I don't feel like this company should have this perk at all no matter the percentage. I've stated before that it would end up making a company specifically for education reduction (hair salons) obsolete. My thoughts on perks are that each company should have at maximum one to two perks that makes them unique.
It's true that it's unlikely that the devs would agree to this but I criticised this part specifically based off what the suggestion stated and not the way that the devs would likely implement it.
Yeah I forgot about the property broker perk and imo, I would agree with your idea of a reduction instead of the fees being completely removed. This would make it similar to the property broker's reduction.
It's not only pc access, the original suggestion stated that you're able to access the stock market and bank which means that you're able to deposit and withdraw money when you're not able to normally do.
The original suggestion stated that the perk gives you real time access to a player's stats. I originally assumed that this meant personal stats which were changed to 1 day snapshots to avoid abuse with the reasons that I stated in my first post.
Sorry to be the first person to R- but there are a lot of things that I disagree with here.
• Passive — 30% education time reduction. Tech workers learning faster fits the theme naturally, and education bonuses are consistently among the most valued passives in the game (Fitness Center and Hair Salon both use variations of this for good reason).
This completely makes hair salons obsolete (the main purpose and benefit of this company is just the edu reduction). There's absolutely no reason to choose a hair salon over a cyber cafe if this is implemented. A reduction of 30% is extremely significant compared to any other company. I would say this alone already makes cyber cafes overpowered.
Viciously_Grim [2752611] • Active — Hack the market. You can sell your stock shares at the highest value in the past day or week regardless of if you owned the stock at the time. So if the market crashes, you can go buy stocks and use JP to sell them at the high you just missed.
This is also significantly overpowered as it basically lets you invest in the stock market without risk. Anyone with the perk unlocked might as well just invest all their money in a volatile stock. It's also even more powerful with the perk below.
Passive — No commission on stock market sales. This one is particularly interesting because it appeals to all types of players, not just veterans. New players trying to get started in the stock market lose a meaningful cut of every sale to commission — removing that entirely would make Cyber Cafe an attractive early choice for anyone looking to build wealth through stocks. It fits the cyber/finance theme naturally, no other job offers it, and it creates a genuine reason for a wider range of players to seek out and stay in a Cyber Cafe long term.
Iirc ched has previously been against perks that would negate fees (he rejected the idea of a company perk that lets you avoid market fees). This combined with the hack the market perk makes the stock market completely risk free as not only are you unable to lose money when the stock price crashes, you can also avoid the fees from selling entirely. This also gives people in the company the ability to use stocks in replacement of vaults.
NuRaahl [3728561] Idea: • Passive — VPN. Your cyber cafe contacts grant access to a router inside Torn. Access to the Stock Market and banks are available while traveling or in the hospital through your laptop.
Absolutely broken for traders, you have the ability to store and withdraw money at any time without ever having to leave hospital. Sure ghost trades exist but this makes things significantly easier and they don't have the risk of the trade expiring. In addition, travelling blocks the ability to ghost trade while this allows for the flow of money during travel.
Viciously_Grim [2752611] • Passive — Spyware. Real time updates on the players stats, you must be on their page to view them.
Incredibly abuseable for muggers or people who are attempting to destealth others. You're able to see the exact sales of someone's bazaar in real time which allows for mugging, you are also able to see the moment when someone completes a trade or refills their casino tokens (indication of them actively gambling therefore having money on them). Not only that, you're able to potentially destealth bounties as long as you have a few suspects by checking the value spent on bounties and the bounties placed stat. Finally, you are able to desetalth muggers through the money mugged stat.
Basically if these perks are implemented, it would make many other torn companies obsolete and probably make this the best company in the game for many.

I'm unsure if this is intentional but the rank trigger for 50k crimes only worked at 50001 for me. I visited the rewards page and home page at 50k and had to do one more crime and visit again to get the next rank.
(From an incognito window so not caused by scripts) The travelling text now simply shows "Torn to United Kingdom" instead of "Travelling to United Kingdom".
This occurs for all countries.
Api v1 and api v2 still return the correct status text. Same for the icons on the website.
