People with different culture background are hard to understand each other
Most Chinese players are not active in froum, since we have more efficiective tools (Wechat and QQ), we only use English langage and post something in the forum if necessary. In other word, we are living in total differnt world, and the small torn city is the only connection.
I can understand why some people concern the multi issue in Chinese players, In their idea, there shold not have such "huge" number of players from one country. What I want to say is you have no idea what "1.4 billion" means.
This reply for the multiaccount accuse is not only slander Chinese language player, but also insult GM's judge and Torn's basic rule.

Few suggestion here:
Combind all palyer in one figure or just show the palyer with more than 10 xan might inappropriate. First, not all the palyer like eat xan, or have the habit to do that, means that the expectation on them are different. we can divided those palyer into too groups simply: palyer who like xan and player who hate xan.
Second, we can find in the second fig. that the data showd stong skew trend, and the highest value happend in the right edge, indicated that you might missed someone who eat xan less than 10, if we add those data, we might find a more logical plot, such as log-normal distribution (very common in the nature world)
In brief, there is a two-stage question, eat or not? how many they eat? ideal sitution might be like this: most palyer didn't eat xan, and for those palyers who eat xan, they might follow a log-normal distribution, and the palyer who eat a large number of xan should lay in the right side of whole figure. try to plot the data larger than 0.
By the way, for the first picture,a log transformate on the original data might be better to show such trend (remove the impact of hug number in 0-10 group).

1. there still have two faction belongs to SMTH, but not in the list, all the member who are not active and not want to eat xan, will be asked to stay in that two factions.

most of our guys, like me, are new players, we should do something and let them keep exciting during the war, in case they lost interesting and quit the game.
You know what? That is why I hate forum and all kind of online debate. When I talk about the multi account question, there are someone ask “why you guys so active today?” They just post like all other players.
When they talk some exciting words like war and fighting, there are someone come out and say “look, multis”
If someone want attack you, they will always find special points.
