So, basically you'd have your normal companies as we do now, but as well as that you'd have more risky companies with slightly more rewarding incomes where your staff will all play a vital role in managing the company.

For example, your digital marketer would be the one running your digital marketing, ofc. Whereas your salesman would handle the pricing, and the warehouse manager would handle stock in take, and such forth. Just an idea.
