I've been stay a long time in crime 1.0, and started crime 2.0 for 3months. Suppose that my ce rank in faction is #45，then the CE rank from #46 to #66 are both have more nnb than me, from 65nnb to 80nnb. Besides the guys with higher ce rank have at least 75nnb(like the #44 guy) it's far away than my nnb. Does there something wrong with the nnb system? Why I cannot still get any nnb with the hard work and long time in crime2.0? Thank you.
