Giveaway prizes for the first 5 people to join the server TUFC DISCORD SERVER
Unique buildings are few and very scarce as other players have already bought or won them. However I’ve noticed that some of the players who own them have quit playing the game therefore leaving the buildings locked up to their accounts. I feel this is wasteful.
I suggest that Torn should have a rule/law/governing body that reclaims unique properties after a year or more of it's owners being inactive and or maintenance of the property being unpaid. These unique properties reclaimed can then be put into the auction market for players to bid on and keep the idea of the unique properties allve.
It's such a cool concept of Torn and I don't think it should be left to rut just because some players become inactive.

@shotgunwillie I dare say you have no idea who Elektrikheat is. I have no idea what has led to this. But I can honestly say Elektrikheat is the most stand up guy I’ve ever met in any game ever. He guided/coached me through my rise in Torn. It appalls me to see his name dragged like this for whatever reason. I am however pleased to see that the majority of people who have read your post have disliked it. Apparently they might have also experienced the graciousness and kindness of Elektrikheat. I’d suggest you delete this post and find another way to solve whatever issues you have with him, as this makes you look like a troll and does not make you look good.
I still don't understand how he was left with access to the faction's vault. I guess the leadership of DL are really nice people. But you've got to be the worse kind of scum of scums, to steal game money and think you've achieved something in life. Speaks volumes about your integrity as a person when you can't be trusted with pixel cash. How low and sad.
