Hello, I encountered this bug yesterday and thought it was normal and it would resolve itself. I retried it again today and it's still happening, I wait few minutes for the travel capacity to increase, but I'm still stuck at 29. Here's the logs:

Is that how it works? English is not my main language so I assume it's additive. Plus, it's my first time using it and I thought it grants you +15 as it said so it would be 44. What does the "base" part even mean?
