As all of us know that there are 14 properties avialable to buy in Torn's estate agents, and also 12 unique properties that can not be bought in the estate agents, avialable only to buy them from previous owner for hundreds of billions of TCD. So, now private island is must-have property, and it is not very hard to obtain. But private islands are getting boring, everyone below-average player who played the game around a year have it. We need something new, like netherite armour in Minecraft nether update. Here I present you my idea: the new breathtaking, brutal (do you remember any movie villain who did not have his own cool base?) and useful for many of Torn's bad guys - UNDERWATER BASE! Owning a giant underwater house was always my dream, and I wonder that not only mine. Really, I think it is a very good, amazing concept. It will have a special privatesubmarine upgrade which gives you around 500k happiness and also gives you a big bonus to crime XP! It's like a yacht, but with crime XP bonus, yeah. Everyone who played Subnautica will fully understand my concept. Also I think to add there a gym module upgrade (not a gym, just a bonus to the jym gains). I think that crimes are quite useless for players who already have a few billions to buy this underwater mansion. I also have an idea to add a re-habilitation module upgrade, but it can disbalance the game, so, devs, do as you think. Also an underwater base will perfectly fit into the game's atmosphere - there is a lot of free space it the sea to build, because 20,000 players owning private islands on the coast of TC where are only 15-20 islands (on the map) is quite unrealistic; We have atomic bombs, so why we do not have underwater bases; etc. It will be perfect if we will have an image similar to this on the underwater base. My concept is very raw and unfinished, so you can offer me your feature to this property in the comments!
