Allow an ability to salvage vehicle upgrades for a return of 50% of the original racing points for a price equal to 30% the installation/fitting cost. 

Its use is inherently limited, so I can't imagine it would cause much of an upset in the racing world. The primary advantage that I can see would be in recycling unused/underused vehicles from earlier classes as well as undoing inefficent upgrades.

I was like a year in before I learned I could take most education courses out of order.

Wow. I thought you were talking about net worth. Congratulations! How is the strength whore build? I've been thinking about pushing that way myself with armor and life picking up the slack.
