Why don't any education courses add or increase employee effectiveness or give any other type of business bonus? Since owning a business is a huge part of the economy, this would increase employee marketability and businesses benefit as well.

I was thinking along the lines of a boost in advertising and some increase in customer acquisition or a small percentage boost in profitability. Things of that nature. I will learn more about the working stats and how they Influence companies. Thanks for the reply.
