This has nothing to do with "creating Multis".

As far as we know, Rules | TORN clearly states that Multiple Accounts will get banned and this is strictly monitored by TORN team. They have every tools to locate the multiple accounts and this is not tolerable.

OP has just made a report for one of the settings which affects the user experience, and in the hope that TORN gets aware of this and make some code changes. That's all. Please understand.

Absolutely a big issue for the players who cannot directly access Google Services.
