first up money saving for properties:


the best way of making money when your just starting is by selling losses sure it puts you in the hospital
but its worth a good 300k for 20 mins


next what catagory you should pick:

if i were you i would pick a palace property for rent it will give over 1500 happiness so it's good for training your stats



last how much it will cost:

it will probably cost around 100k but you will have 150k to 200k so it comes out good for armor costing and all the good stuff
